Deep Research mode

Deep Research is a long, multi-step mode for harder questions: it plans an approach, runs many web searches, reads sources, and synthesises a cited report you can export.

How it is metered

• You pick the model that writes the report — the same catalog as chat.
• Each web search in the run is a flat 1¢ fee, and the report is billed at the model's actual usage plus the 25% platform charge — from your weekly premium first, then your top-up balance, like every other feature.
• You see a pre-run cost estimate and confirm before anything is charged, then a live plan/step timeline; the run view shows the settled cost afterwards.
• A run is cancellable at any time — a cancel refunds everything the run charged, and if the model fails to write the report its portion is refunded automatically.
