The trial

Your subscription starts with a $1 trial that runs for 8 days. It converts to the paid plan — $20/month, billed monthly until you cancel — only after day 8. We send a reminder before the first full charge, so nothing is a surprise. If you cancel before the trial converts, you are not billed beyond the initial $1 and owe nothing further.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time, in the same session, with one click. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

EU / UK withdrawal

Where required, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. We never pre-tick the waiver — the choice is always yours.

Requesting a refund

Because cancelling is one click and a trial cancelled before it converts is never charged, most situations don’t need a refund at all. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us through the Help centerand we’ll look into it.
